Q-1 What difference do you see between you as an 18 year old and how you are now?
Ans: As an 18 year old, I was enjoying college. You could consider it my first four years of Night shifts. After college, I was recruited by Rose IT Solutions as an associate recruiter from campus placement itself. I remember that before my interview with Pankaj Sir, I was shivering with nervousness. I grew to an RDA and handled clients such as Coca-Cola. I got promoted to Associate Team Leader and have 4 members in my team. I learnt leadership skills from my mentor Kevin Sir who is a very supportive leader. He has always appreciated me and taught me to be responsible, the past 4and a half years that I have been here.
Q-2 If you had an opportunity to go back in time and undo/redo one thing, what will it be?
Ans: I would love to improve my Maths skills in school days. The reason behind that is because I couldn’t fulfil my childhood dream of joining the Armed Forces. I dropped after my 12th for NDA and CDS exam but couldn’t clear them because of my weak Maths. But could clear my Maths paper in B.Tech with the help of my friend.
Q-3 When is the most fun you ever had while on call?
Ans: I once called a candidate for Plano location who recognized me as an Indian guy and started arguing on why we use made-up names on calls and emails. He started the call with bad language but as I talked to him for a while and in the end, grew normal and still requested me to submit his name for the profile. But, no surprises when he couldn’t get selected.
Q-4 If I ask your best friends about 3 weird habits that you have, what would their answers be?
Ans: Well, they would start by teasing me about me being a “married boy” since I had an early marriage in 2016 and my wife is currently pursuing her Masters in Physiology from AIIMS, Delhi.
Then sometimes, ever since I got promoted, they often shut me by saying “Bada Aadmi ho gya hai”
And also about how I can’t give them ample time on weekends as sometimes it becomes difficult to balance between family and friends on weekends.
Q-5 If you could meet any celebrity this weekend, who would it be and why?
Ans: If I could take my wife with me, I would love to go meet Akshay Kumar as my wife is a huge fan of his and would be very happy to meet him, which will make me happy.
Q-6 If you were stranded on an island with two of your co-workers, who would you want with you and why?
Ans: I will definitely take Bill Kumar. He joined Rose only 3 months after me and I find him to be very hard working and clever. So he will be very useful.
The second person who I will choose will be David Dhawan, who is the best at completing deadlines and responsibilities in the Last Minute. I believe that he will wake up even after death to complete his target.
Q-7 What are 3 things you would like to change about our society?
Ans: Firstly, I would like to change the mind-set of people who think that women cannot work and should stay in home.
Secondly, I feel people who still believe in caste system and behave badly with people need to be educated properly
And another thing would be when families do not give their children freedom to make their own choices. I would like to change their thinking as I learnt from my parents.
Q-8 Which are your favourite childhood memories?
Ans: In my summer vacations at school, I would visit my Bua’s place in Inderpuri with my brother and then all of us 4 cousins would have fun playing together. Those are very nice memory for both me and my brother for the whole year.
I remember one time, while trying to stunt on my Bicycle in front of friends, I fell down and got injured who took me home- laughing all the way. Next day, everyone in School knew about my accident.
Q-9 What are the last seen things on your Netflix/Bollywood playlist?
Ans: I have been watching Mirzapur, The Mentalist. Also, I recently watched AquaMan and loved the movie.
Q-10 What type of music genre do you identify yourself with and why?
Ans: I love listening to Trance and EDM music to relax. I also connect with 90’s music era in Bollywood and pop music artist like Phil Collins.
Q-11 How would you describe an ideal weekend for you?
Ans: I would love to visit Singapore with my entire family and spend time there as a tourist. Shopping and sightseeing.
Q-12 If you were granted any superpower, what would you like it to be?
Ans: I will want the watch of Mr. India, not only because it will make me invisible but because I am also very fond of watches.
Q-13 Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Ans: Right now I am working as an ATL, I hope to get promoted again soon as I want to think Bigger and Bigger. I would like to be financially stable in the future and drive a newer Car.
