Q-1 What difference do you see between you as a 20 year old and how you are now?
Ans: I have seen a lot of differences in myself. At the age of 20, I was like a free bird and do what I liked. I was doing my studies away from home, so I have enjoyed hostel life a lot. Right now I am a mother of 2 kids and have become very responsible and I have become mature and life has completely changed as earlier I had more “me-time”.
Q-2 If you had an opportunity to go back in time and undo/redo one thing, what will it be?
Ans: I would have loved to study more if I get the chance. Because I feel I spent most of my time playing and in other activities and was not a very hard working student who could study for many hours continuously. I have realised this ever since I started teaching my kids and saw how easily kids get distracted.
Q-3 When is the most fun you ever had at workplace?
Ans: I have always had the most fun doing activities that scared me when I was a child. I was afraid of speaking to an audience but now I try to change that. So I love hosting or comparing at events which helps me to grow and overcome my old fear – stage-fright.
Q-4 If I ask your best friends about any weird habits that you have, what would their answers be?
Ans: Actually I used to have a bit of germ phobia and keep washing my hands every 10-15 minutes because I can sense dust everywhere.
Another thing would be that, sometimes I was unpredictable and a little wild with friends and try something new which I wouldn’t normally do. You could say that I have a different side to me with my friends
Q-5 If were invited by any celebrity this weekend with your family, who would it be and why?
Ans: My favourite actor is Shahrukh Khan and I would love to meet him if I was ever invited, as I am a huge fan.
Q-6 If you were stranded on an island with two of your co-workers, who would you want with you and why?
Ans: I would like to be with my friends Purnima and Swati as we three work in the non-QPro software development. We are very close and I feel that we can handle anything when we work together.
Q-7 What are 3 things you would like to change about our society?
Ans: First thing would be that “People need to change themselves before pointing fingers at others, so that they show the change in themselves before blaming others
Another thing that I would want is that everyone keeps their surrounding clean and cleanliness needs to be maintained.
Also I don’t like someone who is rude and harsh, so I feel society needs to be calm and friendly so that everyone can talk freely to anyone even if it is a policeman, traffic police etc. as this makes us feel safe.
Q-8 Which are your favourite childhood memories?
Ans: I was born and brought up in Ayodhya and lived there till I was in 7th standard. So I have the nicest and most carefree memories in that place playing with my childhood friends. Also because it is a very beautiful city as well.
Q-9 What are the types of movies that you enjoy watching?
Ans: I am not a type biased person and love watching all kinds of movies. At times I like intense movies, romantic movies, and fun movies. I last watched Simmba and liked it.
Q-10 Which kind of music do you like to listen to in your free time?
Ans: Mostly I like listening to romantic songs like Shape of you, Bollywood songs. My second choice would be peppy dance numbers
Q-11 How would you describe an ideal weekend for you?
Ans: Any weekend that I can spend completely with my kids, in any way would be ideal. Sometimes we are at home, go to the playground or visit the mall. All time spent with them is very precious to me no matter what we are doing.
Q-12 If you were granted any superpower, what would you like it to be?
Ans: I would like to become invisible so that I can quietly listen to what people say about me when I am not around.
Q-13 Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Ans: I would like to learn something new every day and see myself working at a managerial position, leading a team and using my maturity and experience to take the company forward.
