Q-1 What difference do you see between you as a 20 year old and how you are now?
Ans: As a 20 year old, I was a free mind fearless boy, had lots of friends and loved playing Cricket all day long. At this time, I have many family responsibilities and by God’s grace I am able to come through for them. I try to be a responsible citizen and do all of my duties. One notable change is that I am no longer the risk-taker that I used to be at that age. Now I have to think about the people whose life is impacted by my decisions.

Q-2 If you had an opportunity to go back in time and undo/redo one thing, what will it be?
Ans: If I could go back in my past, I would like to join a good coaching centre, and prepare for IIT entrance exams to build a better academic background in my life.

Q-3 When is the most fun you ever had while on call?
Ans: My calls are usually restricted to payroll or timesheets of candidates so it is usually of a very serious nature. However, there was a girl who called once saying that she needs her payment right then and not in the next payroll as she didn’t have any money to even buy food or pay rent.

Q-4 If I ask your best friends about 3 weird habits that you have, what would their answers be?
Ans: They will say that I am very stubborn and will not listen to anybody if I don’t want to. Secondly, there was this incident where I fought with my cricket team, played for the opponents and got out for duck, so they tease me about it.
They might also say that this guy will forget his wallet at home whenever we go out with him and we have accepted that we have to feed him all his life.

Q-5 If you could meet any celebrity this weekend, who would it be and why?
Ans: I would love to meet Warren Buffet and get tips from him on Entrepreneurial skills and garnering investment. His thoughts have helped me throughout my life. Otherwise, any cricketer would do as I admire them for their discipline and athleticism.

Q-6 If you were stranded on an island with two of your co-workers, who would you want with you and why?
Ans: I have full confidence in my friend Mayank Jula who is a school and college friend would be up to the task. For the second person, I would not like to take any name individually, any member of my pay rolling team would happily work with me.

Q-7 What are 2 things you would like to change about our society?
Ans: Firstly I would like us to raise the bar of education in our country. Even if someone is physically weak, the power of knowledge is enough in several situations.
Secondly, I would like everyone to remain fit and maintain an active healthy body. Laziness and illness is usually enough to make us lose focus from our priorities.

Q-8 Which are your favourite childhood memories?
Ans: I fondly recall the memories of my cricket playing days as I was a prodigy and people used to toss for getting me on their side. I have edged out many matches with the help of my Yorkers for my team.

Q-9 What are the last seen things on your Netflix/Bollywood playlist?
Ans: I am more into reading books than watching a web series. Indians are obsessed with masala-based entertainment. I like non-fiction books by Robin Sharma, Sao Paolo, Warren Buffet, Stephen Covey and others such as Shiv Khera.

Q-10 How would you describe an ideal weekend for you?
Ans: I would like spending some ample time with my family as much as possible because I don’t want to have the regret. Spending time with my lifelong friends would also be another good option.

Q-11 Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Ans: I see myself heading the Pay rolling team at Rose in the next 5 years.
