| An exciting tour to soothe out the nerves……………
Yes I am talking about recently organized carom tournament. A series of employee interaction and valued thoughts to be at the top. This spirit was really exciting and encouraging for all the participants.  It was a great pleasure to see participation from both day and night shift. From day shift we had jewels like Maneesh, Rajnish, Vikas Virender, Jay, Anil, Gaurav, Sanjeev, Pradeep, Deepika, Deepak, Jagjit, Azeem, Upendra, Ravinder and our very own director Mr. Pankaj Seth. And also gems like Adwitya, Kaushal, Shakeel, Nick, Albert, Nate, Adil, Rohan, Kundan, Andy, Pappu, Virat, Bid, Gagan, Naved, Naz, Raghvendra, Vikash, Saurabh, Kamal, Shar, Greg, Raman and Apoorva participated from night shift to make this event even more graceful. Supported by surprise gifts for each participant, it acted as moral boosters. This has been an active initiative to draw out souls in an interactive and sporty work environment.
Our Winners for the carom tournament were Maneesh Shukla and Jay Prakash from Day Shift and Adwitya Baral and Kaushal Kishore from night shift who enlightened cafeteria with their bright smiles. We believe to move ahead with the same smiles of victory and bring this into our lives as well. All was hosted by Rose club accompanied with refreshment for the audience. In future we plan to have more such events and at the same time we also expect more responses and suggestions.

It was a great pleasure to have workforce accompanied by their family members to be present under the same roof and share their moments 
as being a family altogether. The success was monitored by the fact that employees across various departments got together along with their spouses to make those moments more graceful. The venue was all dazzling with the animated lighting along with the enthusiasm of the employees who danced all the way through the party. To add up we had few scintillating performances that portrayed creative skills of our workforce. The aroma of the mouth watering delicacies was more than a delight to satisfy the tantalizing taste buds of everyone present in the party. Shall we then say the party has just ended or is it a new beginning…………….
