 Mr. Saroj Kumar Sharma is enriched with a vast experience in an array of activities ranging from vast project execution to management and related activities in Rose IT Solutions. To his acads he has a BE (Mechanical) from BITS, Pilani. With a smile in his face he is managing the day to day operations in Rose IT Solutions which has gained such momentum in such a small time. His previous assignments include handling single handedly Turnkey execution of power plants to petro chemical plants across the country. With over 22 years of experience he undertook the responsibilities in Rose IT Solutions in October 2004 as and since then there has been no looking back for him.
The company under his leadership has seen many changes from a work area of 10,000 sq ft presently the company have 20000+ sq ft to its total production area. He believes that his key assets are his employee’s belief in him and self confidence. Looking at future projections his targets is to help the company attain SEI CMMi LEVEL 5 along with BS7799 certifications along with increasing success in numbers and quality of new joiners. To unquote he says that one should develop ones belongingness to the company as it is not the company or the process that helps a company grow but the employees which act as catalyst to enhance growth.

Rose IT Solutions has got a new address. It was a moment of pride and happiness as Rose IT Solutions reached yet another benchmark, the inaugurating of the new premises which promises to be a place of international standard and repute. With the state of art features and more space this place promises to vibe up the spirits of the present employees as well as people to join in future. The inauguration ceremony of the new premises took place on the 8th of June 2005.
