 Company Update
There have been some noteworthy achievements during the month of May 2005.

A multi-billion, publicly traded global company selected Rose International’s MaestroVMS™ tool for their Vendor management. This marks a new beginning for Rose and will open up exciting business opportunities for both Rose International & RITS. MaestroVMS™, a product of Rose International under agreement with SBC Communications to build and offer MaestroVMS™ to companies looking for a way to simplify their businesses. The system is a Web-based vendor management tool designed to help companies streamline the internal processes involved in managing contingent workforce contracts. Specifically, it assists in the management of contingent workforce arrangements for services such as clerical, legal, accounting, marketing and information technology. MaestroVMS™ is capable of accommodating multiple workplace scenarios, including hourly or flat-fee arrangements.

Adding on to the success, Himanshu (Sue) Bhatia, CEO Rose International has been honored for significant long-term achievements in minority business development at the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) Leadership Awards on Wednesday, May 18th, 2005, at the Hilton New York and Towers in New York. This has indeed brought a great honor for Himanshu and a moment of pride for all employees.

The show of hard work and exemplary determination by RITS employees reaped rich dividends as the first two modules of Sara Lee project got client acceptance. Extending congratulations and expressing appreciation RITS announced rewards for its employees. This sincere compliment to the employees encourages us to perform at the edge to outperform competitors.

Finally the wait has reaped rewarding benefits, new RITS premises at G8, Mohan Cooperative, New Delhi, will be inaugrated in the month of June. This new state-of art development facility has helped Rose to ramp up its existing capacity from 150 workstations to 300 workstations adding a built up area of 15,000 sq ft to the total production area. The business has picked up during the last quarter and we should soon be ramping up resources to meet ever expanding requirements of our parent company and its esteemed clients. As we believe its not about where data lives. It is about putting information to work and people making IT happen.
