Rose IT Solutions comprises of four divisions, based on the basic nature of its business segment. These divisions are:

Each of these units is headed by its respective Divisional Head. These Divisional Heads report to the Top Management Team (TMT).

 
 

 



Software and IT Services Division
 

RITS has a dedicated development center that offers Software Application Development, Operation and Maintenance Services (e.g. Technical Helpdesk, Data Center Management, Project Management Office etc.) The highlights of our development center include:

  • CMM Level 3 Certified Company
  • We are marching towards CMMi Level 5
  • BS 7799* – certification expected in 2008
  • Experienced Project Managers
  • Dedicated Quality Assurance Team
  • Multiple shifts, supporting clients on 24/7 basis

*BS 7799 is the most widely recognized security standard in the world. Although it was originally published in the mid-nineties, it was the re-vision of May 1999 which really put it on to the world stage. Ultimately, it evolved into BS EN ISO17799 in December 2000. BS 7799 (ISO17799) is comprehensive in its coverage of security issues, containing a significant number of control requirements.

Staffing and Resource Augmentation
 

RITS has established a resource and staff augmentation team, which caters to the needs of the Staffing and BPO service lines at Rose International’s U.S. locations. The offshore team is performing most of the activities associated with recruitment, such as screening and interviewing potential candidates. RITS has employed technical recruiters who are now integrated into the exact processes of Rose International. The global recruiting helps Rose to locate the best and brightest candidates from anywhere in the world.

Business Intelligence Activities
 


The Business Intelligence Team is comprised of senior professionals and analysts who have cross-industry exposure and experience in varied functional domains. The group is actively involved in supporting Rose International’s U.S. business development team. This team’s activities includes: Drafting proposals in response to RFP/ RFI

  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing presentations, flyers and other marketing collateral
  • Marketing research
  • Assistance in prospecting for new business
  • Analysis and research on tools/applications (both in-house and COTS)
  • Requirements gathering
  • Process transitioning, manuals and documentation
  • Knowledge repository
