The software development teams utilize certified CMM Level 3 processes and mature methodologies. Where appropriate, tools are used for source code control, database modeling, and bug tracking. As our offshore team continues to grow, we will add additional tools when appropriate. Rose has started using in-house Bug Testing Tool and will deploy the tool into our process for a structured approach.
